I grew up in a pseudo-Italian home. My Italian-married grandmother taught my mom how to cook, who then taught me. It was one of the best gifts my mom ever gave me!
As much as I love Italian food, Chicken Marsala was never one of my favorite dishes. That was until I tried this slightly creamy version of it, which I have since modified. This recipe is one of my go-to’s when we have company over. It’s also a great one to have for an in-house date night; then enjoy the leftovers the next day!
